Hello Culture Champions!
Connectedness is the number one indicator of personal happiness and culture is the one of the largest indicators of organizational happiness. We want to connect on culture with the changemakers, culture champions and leaders in organizations (a.ka. you!) through our Pilot Culturemind.
Cultureminds are virtual, monthly mastermind meet-ups designed for you to share ways you’re starting, growing, and scaling culture to create happier workplaces.
How do Cultureminds work?
A Culturemind is our version of a mastermind [a peer advisory or brainstorm group that taps into the group’s shared knowledge, experience, and best practices].
Each Culturemind call is 60-minutes with 4-6 people, selected based on their role in their organization or their passion for culture change in the workplace. During the call, each participant will share their top culture challenge or goal and receive feedback and encouragement from the group. At the end, we will culture-buddy it up with an accountability partner for the month.
